Mandatory Certification
Mandatory Certification confirms that products included in the ‘Unified List of Products Subject to Mandatory Certification,’ approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2425 dated December 23, 2021, comply with mandatory requirements.
The document is required for the supply or import of products for further distribution within the territory of the Russian Federation as part of commercial activities.
The certification body Opticenergo Testing Center LLC carries out mandatory certification of products for compliance with GOST 31945-2012. The certification applies to flexible cables and cords for underground and open-pit mining operations.
Required Documents
- Application with applicant’s information.
- Applicant’s information: a copy of the charter, certificate of state registration, and tax registration certificate.
- Copy of regulatory documentation for the product: Technical Specification, Standard of the Organization, and similar documents.
- Quality Management System Certificate, if provided for by the certification scheme.
Important Points
- The certificate is valid for up to 5 years and is recognized across the entire territory of the Russian Federation.
- For batch certification, a supply contract and invoice are additionally required.
